Chlamydia trachomatis (RUO)

EliGene® Chlamydia trachomatis UNI kit is intended for DNA detection of pathogenic bacteria b from clinical specimens. The kit is based on detection of cryptic plasmid together with genomic DNA of Chlamydia trachomatis bacteria. The kit gives positive result for bacteria Chlamydia trachomatis when also “Sweden variant“ carrying 377 bp deletion in cryptic plasmid and variant lacking cryptic plasmid are detected.

Neisseria gonorrhoeae (CE-IVD)

EliGene® Neisseria UNI kit is intended for DNA diagnostics of pathogenic species Neisseria gonorrhoeae from isolated DNA sample. This diagnostic kit is based on RealTime PCR method using Molecular Beacons hybridization probes. In this kit primers and Molecular Beacons labeled probes (FAM and HEX) for the detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae DNA and internal control are used.

Ureaplasma sp. (CE-IVD)

EliGene® Ureaplasma UNI kit is intended for DNA diagnostics of pathogenic species Ureaplasma urealyticum and Ureaplasma parvum from isolated DNA sample. This diagnostic kit is based on RealTime PCR method using Molecular Beacons hybridization probes. In this kit primers and Molecular Beacons labeled probes (FAM and HEX) for the detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Ureaplasma parvum DNA and internal control are used.

Mycoplasma hominis / genitalium (CE-IVD)

EliGene® Mycoplasma hom/gen UNI is intended for DNA diagnostics of pathogenic species Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma genitalium from isolated DNA sample. This diagnostic kit is based on RealTime PCR method using Molecular Beacons hybridization probes. In this kit for the detection of Mycoplasma hominis and Mycoplasma genitalium DNA and internal control primers and Molecular Beacons labeled probes (FAM and HEX) are used.
