Coeliac disease (CE-IVD)

EliGene® Celiac DQ PLUS RT is intended for the genotypization of HLA-DQ2.5 (DQA1*05/DQB1*02), HLA-DQ2.2 (DQA1*02/DQB1*02), HLA-DQ8 (DQA1*03/DQB1*03:02) and HLA-DRB1*04 genes from isolated DNA.

EliGene® Coeliac RT is intended for the genotypization of HLA-DQ2 (DQA1*05/DQB1*02), HLA-DQ8 (DQA1*03/DQB1*03:02) and HLA-DRB1*04 genes from isolated DNA.

EliGene® Coeliac 3.0 RT is intended for the genotypization of HLA-DQ2.5 (DQA1*05/DQB1*02), HLA-DQ2.2 (DQA1*02/DQB1*02) and HLA-DQ8 (DQA1*03/DQB1*03:02) genes from isolated DNA.

This DNA diagnostic kit is based on RealTime PCR method. In this kit primers and labeled probes (FAM and JOE) for the detection of DQ2 and DQ8 alleles and for the detection of internal control are used.

Spondylitis HLA-B27 (CE-IVD)

EliGene® Spondylitis HLA-B27 RT is intended for the genotypization of HLA-B27 allele (subtypes B*2701-2759) from isolated DNA.

EliGene® Spondylitis HLA-B27 C6 is intended for the genotypization of HLA-B27 allele (subtypes B*2701-2759) from isolated DNA. The kit is designed for cobas® 6800/8800 Systems (Roche).

This DNA diagnostic kit is based on Real Time PCR method. In this kit primers and labeled probes (FAM and HEX) for the detection of HLA-B27 alleles and for the detection of internal control are used.
