EliGene® Tissue DNA Isolation Kit is designed for anyone who is looking for quick isolation of DNA with the highest possible yield. In our kit, samples are homogenized using sand and pestles. Homogenization is one of the critical steps that determines the quantity of isolated DNA and the total isolation time. Fast and high quality homogenization does not require proteinase K. Total lysis time is only 20 minutes. Therefore, the whole isolation process lasts one hour less than isolation of DNA with other commercial sets.
